Stucco Part II

So, there I was with this caked yarn, and searching for a pattern I liked. It wasn't easy, but finally I found Stucco by Rose Beck. I already had it in my Ravelry Library, since I bought the ebook a while back.

Carding wool is a wonderful thing! Sorry about the flood of pictures.
As it turned out, I didn't need the Black Shetland yarn for the edge at all. This was a very satisfying project for me. Even though the colored braid was Merino/Silk blend, the Black Shetland made this a little bit scratchy.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. Here in Canada it's the Thanksgiving weekend. Turkey and pumpkin pie are on the menu.

Aaaber wo ist ein Bildchen von Deinen Hunden die schau ich mir immer gerne an, die sind lustig und wenn kein Bild von ihnen dabei ist fehlt was ;-))

Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving, Monika! The shawl is, of course, lovely. We are getting snow which is putting out all the wildfires, thank goodness. Milo sends hugs to the pups, too!

What a beautiful rainbow of colours!!

It is beautiful I still have a hard time visualizing how colours will pattern by looking at the caked yarn, much less the fleece itself. You seem very good at that.

Das ist ein wundervoller Farbverlauf geworden. Das Schalmuster gefällt mir auch sehr gut.
Da passt alles zusammen.
