Lyndsden's Styria Maggie Purl Molly

This is Maggie. We'll be taking care of her for a while (the next 15 years or so, we hope).
Hoofprint's Styria Maggie Purl Molly

She's my sons new puppy. She arrived in our home yesterday. It was kind of sudden. We were thinking of getting a female pup, and have been waiting for month for the litter to arrive. Unfortunately the was an emergency c-section for the mom, and there was only one dead boy. Poor thing! The breeder referred us to another breeder, we already knew too, and she had three females left.
David wanted to drive there today, to look at them, but when he heard that others would be coming today to pick a female, he decided to drive there yesterday. A round trip of 7 hours.
Anyway, this little girl won his heart, and now she's our new family member.

Happy is totally smitten with her. Denny not so much. I hope he'll come around soon.
Got to go, life is a little hectic around here at the moment. :o)

She is most precious!

I am sure Denny is upset that he is not the baby anymore, but he'll warm up to her when he finds out how much trouble they can get into together! :)

What a precious little lady! You definitely picked the right owner Maggie, you'll have tons of cuddles and play time with your new brothers!
Enjoy and tell Denny to RELAX!!!!

She's so adorable! You're going to have quite the lively house for a while as everyone settles in. That's so sad for the other breeder and dog. Hopefully the Mom makes a full and quick recovery.

Oh how adorable! Now wonder Denny's not impressed, he is no longer the prettiest and smallest and youngest! And Happy no doubt feels she will be an ally against Denny's monstering. You'll have a big job looking after all three, but it'll be more than worth it.

Maggie is soooo adorable. A big ball of fluff. I can see why your son couldn't resist. You are going to be a very busy lady with three active dogs in your house! (I know you are going to enjoy every minute :) )

Monika! She's a cutie. I called the kids in (they know and love all your stories about the dogs) and we had a big discussion about whether Happy liked Maggie or Denny liked Maggie, and then Steve came in to find out what we were talking about and he got the whole story about Sam and Biko and Happy and Denny and Maggie too....so now we are all fans of the lovely fur family.

Adorable! I hope you have a nice long life together.

You might want to get the trainer to do a home visit...better to start off on the right foot with Denny than traumatize the new addition and have to deal with fall out from that...

I LOVE puppies...when they belong to someone else! When a puppy comes into rescue, I do ANYTHING to find it a home ASAP (just placed a 10 mo old JRT yesterday). I'll take an untrained adult dog any day over a puppy. Weird and abnormal, I know!

Maggie is such a cutie! I am sure you will have lots of fun with her and soon you can discover her character. Give Denny a hug so he won't be jealous of her forever.

OMG- she is just the cutest little pup! I hope they all become fast friends. My daughter has 2 dogs and her roommate just got a 3rd - there is a small adjustment time as you well know!
