Some spinner I am! I didn't realize that this fiber was roving until I was done spinning it. This is 4oz Corriedale roving, dyed by FatCatKnits.
I made this 3-ply yarn, 280yds. I LOVE it!
Invitation to play. Denny is very good at this.

Denny looks ready for a role in Pride and Prejudice, where they dance in the hall!! It is beautiful wool, I am always amazed at how wonderfully clever you are!!
Oh, did anyone play with him??
I love the green yarn you recently spun. Your dogs are cute! Have a nice weekend! Yours, Julia
Wow that is such beautiful yarn - I've said it before but you are a very talented spinner!
Beautiful yarn!! I would so take Denny up on his play invite! :)
Oooh - that yarn is pretty!
huh, that's roving? it looks like top to me.
pretty yarn!
Sigh. Velvet Forrest ~ just lovely. You ought to join in the fun too ~ they could all chase you around the yard with much delight :)
I love the color of your new yarn, reminds me of a color I spun a few years ago. Is it soft? I haven't had any luck with corriedale.
That Denny ... he's quite a character!
Love the yarn and the snow!
Nina, Myshka, Sasha, Betsy, Lucy, Phoebe and Lily
Now when I get to your blog, I don't scroll down until I imagine what the roving will look like spun. A yarny guessing game ;-)
Ooh... I love it too! I'm always drawn to green. Looks like Jan was a good handspun month for you.
I really like the Corridale yarns. They're pretty awesome.
And your spinning is gorgeous. I didn't think I'd like that fiber when it was spun, but you did a lovely job. Can't wait to see it knit!
