I could not resist, when I looked at Wandering Cat yarns latest shop update, and got this:
It's out of my usual color range, but oh so lovely! I love their yarns!
I found these lovely stitch markers in the package, and was delighted, and then I read the card, which came with it, and Valerie sent those in memory of Biko! How very touching!
I've also received the 1st installment of FatCatKnits Mixed Blessing Fiber Club Spring/Summer 2010.
I especially like the red colorway. Up close it looks phenomenal! Together it's 10oz Polwarth fiber. Really can't wait to spin this up.

Oooh, gorgeous yarn. I really need to check out this etsy shop. And I love the stitch markers. How very, very touching!
So - my latest idea is to spin them separately and use each separately somehow. Part of me wants to just spin and ply them together to see what would happen, but I don't think I'm brave enough :-)
Beautiful fibery stuff!
ooh polwarth! i'm so jealous! one of these days i'll remember to try to get into that club.
How sweet to include the stitch markers. They're very pretty. Any idea on what you'll do with the fiber? I was thinking about plying mine together. I have the smaller amount of fiber so not as much to play with.
Love the yarn, and those stitch markers are sweet! What a lovely thing to do. :)
A line up of gorgeous! So pretty!
Gosh, while they aren't in your typical color range - they ought to be!!! They are gorgeous. Is all for one big project?
That roving looks delicious! Just beautiful!
How wonderful those stitch markers are! So very thoughtful and kind.
I don't want to look too closely at the yarn though it is calling me. Can't afford to be tempted.
Love the roving colors!
I just saved her shop in my Etsy favorites. Besides the gorgeous yarn, the stitch markers are beyond touching.
I so want some new yarn. Tired of the Symphony in Hue Stash Buster. Heading over to check this out.
