Just a little bit ....

... of public whining, and what do you get? SNOW!

Nov. 30-early afternoon

In the morning I didn't believe my eyes, when I saw the first flurries. I let the dogs out on the deck, and they started to play immediately.

There was a lot of licking going on, and sliding too.

My favorite shot of the day:

And this one too. This is the way Happy looks, when Denny is up to no good.

Snow flakes on Happy's head.

In the afternoon, there was a little bit more snow, and the sun came through too.

Maggie leaned a little. Denny yelled at her.

All that yelling made him thirsty. Nom, nom, nom, snow is soooo good!

Well, as grumpy we were yesterday, we were happy today. It wont last, of course, but there will be more of it (grumpiness, happiness, snow).

  2. Isn't it wonderful when the world turns white!?! More snow here, too. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Glad you and the pups are in a snow, good-time mood!

  5. Looks like lots of fun! I'm hoping the snow holds off here for a while longer but I did hear that this was supposed to be a high snow year.

  10. Glad to hear that your rain turned to snow finally. Our snow is nothing but ice now as it's been slowing melting and freezing. I had to put the extra treads on my boots so I don't go flying in the back yard. Your dogs look as happy as mine when the snow falls. That Denny is such a goof.

  11. The snow looks lovely there, and I'm glad the pups could go out and have a good time.

But - Please don't snow in NY ... I'm not ready! No snow, no snow!

  12. Wow, I miss living north of the morraine! We got only a list dusting on Wednesday, most was gone by yesterday, and we're getting rain/snow now (southern Durham Region).
That alpaca you spun is gorgeous!

  15. You should wish for something you really want, like winning the lottery!! But snow is better than mud I think? Gorgeous pictures of the snow on Happy's head, of Maggie leaning and Denny just being Denny.
