    k.d. lang also sings a beautiful version on her album, Hymns of the 49th Parallel. It's my favorite album of all time.

    My favorite song. I love Jeff Buckley' version more than Leonard Cohen - even though LC wrote it but I've got 8 versions on my iPhone. Even Willie Nelson does a heartrendering cover of this. Rufus Wainwright is fab too.
